These company did a great job in my property. We had some chellenging stained wood areas that needed to be painted. replacing all the wood would had been expensinve.
Elmer explained from the beggining what needed to be done in order to avoid a bad experience later on. He explained, the paint will look good for a few days after job was done but stains will pop up again, and we will not be happy. His estimate was higher that other companies, but I knew it would be done correctly. Because of the issue with the wood, it took longer that expected and they took their time doing the work. Other companies did not mention this issue.
After they finished, the home looked great. Wife was happy. Happy wife, happy golf for me.!

Almendarez Painting just completed painting the exterior of our home. Elmer Almendarez and his crew completed the entire job in one day. Two coats on the siding and two coats on the trim. The job included repairs where needed, like some of the trim on the chimney and trim on the dormer. Great job, all around.
There were five painters in the crew and each one worked tirelessly throughout the day. I was amazed that they completed the job in less than 12 hours. Elmer wanted to beat the rain coming in the next day.
We have used this crew for other jobs in the past two years and I do not hesitate recommending anyone including them in their next job estimate.
